According to a global survey of small and midsize businesses (SMBs) by Wakefield Research, business travelers recognize that travel is important to success. While some feel anxious and worried about resuming travel, many are excited to get back on the road.

  • Travelers expect significant changes

  • 21% plan to avoid airports in major cities.
